Amazing start to the new year day! A sleep in; kinda, since my daughters teen girlfriends giggled till 5:30 am. (missed Church )
Dreamt I had super powers. Woke up to pancakes & bacon. Relaxed by a fire. Yummy left-overs & Chocolate. Family games & Yes, my nephew Chris was right; Cowboys & Aliens is epic.
On the Monday I went shopping with my 10 yr old boy to get him boots. He not only was patient shopping for him and Even consented to trying different ones on till we picked the right ones..But then he said ' Mama, you can try some stuff on too' THEN he (??) waited while I picked out 2 sets of shoes and a purse AND then we stood in line for over 30 minutes.
THEN he was fine with me going to homesense where he proceeded to buy, with his own money, some fabric roses and a preserve jar vase to make his room 'look nice' (I bought a Sparkly DISCO ball for $7. I love it. I have no idea what I'll do with it. Future parties? Maybe I'll hang it in my craft room) He never even said once. "Can we go now?" while I got to look at every aisle. ☻/ ღ˚ •。* [♥] ˚ ˚✰˚ ˛★* 。 ღ˛° 。* °♥ ˚ • ★ *˚ .ღ 。
